2008年前三季度，中国上市公司公开披露的投资新公司项目共513起，比去年同期减少34.3%；其中有投资额的项目429起，比去年同期减少18.0%。项目金额总计为350.2亿元，比去年同期减少17.3%。

　　让人感到惊讶的是，中国经济热点地区——华东地区和华南地区的投资新公司项目金额比去年同期大幅度减少，其中华东地区减少了54.2％，华南地区减少了46.4%； 而东北地区、西北地区的投资新公司项目金额同比大幅度增长，其中东北地区增长了282.2％，西北地区增长了133.6％；华中地区和华北地区也比去年同期有一定增长。

　　华东地区2008年前三季度投资新公司项目总数为169起，其中有投资额的项目141起，分别比去年同期减少48％和35.9％；东北地区和西北地区的投资笔数比2007年同期增长了154.7％，单笔平均投资额比去年同期显著增长了225.3％。

　　从2008年前三季度的投资新公司的分省数据来看，内蒙古、北京、江苏、新疆和浙江分列省市排名前五位。其中新疆地区的投资总额更是比去年同期增长了311.3％。

　　2008年前三季度，资产管理、铁路运输和建筑材料是投资新公司的前三名热点行业，投资额都超过了19亿元。去年同期排名前三的行业是其他金融服务、房地产开发和电力。

本报告数据来源于跟踪中国上市公司投资项目数据库ReportKing。ReportKing数据库收录2000 年到2008 年的中国沪深两市上市公司对外公开的所有4万多条投资项目信息。该数据库对每条投资项目记录投资地区、投资目的、所属行业、投资公司、计划投资金额、实际投资金额、公布日期等信息。

In the first three quarters of 2008, China stock listed companies all together had 513 investment projects regarding the establishment of new company, declined by 34.3% comparing the same period of 2007; of which 429 projects had an real investment, declined by 18.0% comparing the same period of 2007. Moreover, the total investment value was CNY35.02 billion, declined by 17.3% comparing the same period of 2007. 

Considering the regional investment, in the first three quarters of 2008, the number of project in East China and South China were both declined by 54.2% and 46.4% respectively comparing the same period of 2007. But the figure in Northeast and Northwest increased by 282.2% and 133.6% respectively comparing the same period of 2007, moreover, the project number in Central China and North China were both increased.

In the first three quarter of 2008, East China had 169 investment projects, declined by 48% comparing the same period of 2007, of which 141 projects had a real investment, declined by 35.9% comparing the same period of 2007. Although the project number in Northeast China and Northwest China were both less increased, but the average investment value were both dramatically increased by 154.7% and 225.3% respectively comparing same period of 2007.

According to province and city, in the first three quarter of 2008, Inner Mongolia, Beijing, Jiangsu, Xinjiang and Zhejiang were the top five in terms of investment value. Especially, the investment value in Xinjiang province increased by 311.3% comparing the same period of 2007.

According to investment target, in the first three quarter of 2008, asset management, rail transportation and construction materials were the top three sectors in terms of investment value, all of them had an investment value over CNY1.9 billion. While the top three sectors were financial service, real estate development and electric power in the same period of 2007.
